将蜡块放进盛蜡盒中,接上电源,待蜡溶开稍冷却后,将两只手分别握拳放进去（放入时要试一下温度是否能接受，以免烫伤）,,也可以用刷子沾上涂在手上,让蜡液覆在手背上,然后用毛巾或保鲜膜包裹,等待15---30分钟后拆除(不要丢弃,下次仍可使用的)，涂上护手霜,这时你会发现手部格外的光滑,细嫩,一星期做一次,可保持手部皮肤的光泽和柔嫩.
用途：
可用来护理手部与足部皮肤，配合巴拿芬蜡使用可，改善手部肌肤粗糙、龟裂现象，令双手柔滑细腻. 本款巴拿芬腊疗机不仅可用于对手、脚的护理，还可用于面部、甚至全身的护理保养。
使用方法
1. 洁面或清洁双手
2. 将品质较好的营养霜涂于面部，眼部涂眼霜，如有色斑，在色斑色斑膏。
3. 将与面部同等大小的纱布留出鼻孔和唇部，盖在面部。
4. 将溶好的蜡在手臂内侧试温，不应有蒸烫感，然后在纱布上涂刷2-3 层，包括颈部。
5. 15-20分钟后，将蜡剥离，
6. 清洁干净后，涂化妆水和面霜。
注意：面部不可以使用回收蜡；操作时，温度不可过高，皮肤不应有烫的感觉，尤其是用于眼部时，温度不可过高
